"I wanted to do something that made me feel better about myself, something truly unselfish and I found the perfect thing to do - VOLUNTEER!"

If you feel you have some spare time and would like to become a volunteer with us please click here for a volunteer application form or call 93349859 for further details.

Blythswood Ireland are incredibly blessed to have such great support from our volunteers. We currently have over 100 volunteers spread across our 7 shops and we are very thankful for every one of them, the desire they have to help others and the hours of hard work they dedicate to our charity.

Volunteer Focus

Colin Ferguson

Colin is a volunteer in our Lisburn shop on the Saintfield Road in Lisburn.

Colin is 66 and is married with 4 children between the age of 32 and 39.

Colin is very passionate about music (especially classical music) and is a fanatical collector of stamps and clocks.
He is an organist at his church playing for the Early Communion Service. A church in Dromara currently has the pleasure of Colin playing for them 2 or 3 Sundays per month. He loves to lead God’s people in praise in this way.
